Just create your Time To Pet account and add your cat's info, care instructions, and access details. It only takes a couple of minutes. You'll receive a welcome email once your account is set up, and from there, you can request your first visit directly through the platform, and I'll take it from there.

I get it, one more account can feel like a hassle. But it's what lets everything run smoothly for you: it's where absolutely everything lives: your cat's care instructions, vet contact, access details, our message history, your booking requests, payments, and invoices. Nothing gets lost, nothing needs repeating. You can track every visit in real time, see photo updates, and message me directly, all from one place. Setup takes a couple of minutes, and after that, booking is faster than a text message.

It's simple and fully automatic. You add a card securely to your Time To Pet account (payments are processed by Stripe). You're only charged after your visits have taken place: each Sunday, you receive one invoice covering that week's visits, and it's charged automatically to your card. No deposit, no cash, no bank transfers to think about. All your invoices are available anytime in your account.

As soon as your travel dates are set, ideally. Slots fill up fast during summer and the winter holidays. That said, I'll always do my best to fit in a last-minute request if I have availability.

You can either request each visit yourself through your Time To Pet account, or send me a message directly on the platform with your travel dates and the visits you'd like; I'll set up the full schedule for you for the whole trip. Whichever is easier for you!

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit, directly from your Time To Pet account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged in full, as that time has already been reserved for your cat. Changes and new requests need 48 hours' notice. For anything urgent, just message me on WhatsApp and I'll do my best to help.

After every visit, you'll get a photo and a short note on appetite, mood and litter posted to your Time to Pet client account. No guessing, no waiting until you land.

Routine, chronic treatment, like asthma medication, is included in every visit at no extra charge. For anything else, such as a new prescription, a contagious condition or post-op care, I'll set up a tailored protocol and pricing with you at the Meet & Greet, with protective gear and hygiene measures where needed.

Every visit ends with a timestamped photo and update posted to your Time To Pet client account. You'll also receive a notification as soon as the visit happens, so you always know in real time. You can check in anytime from the app or the portal.

Your access details are shared and stored securely in your Time To Pet client account, along with any other instructions I'll need (feeding routine, special care, house rules, etc.). Everything is in one place, so nothing gets lost or forgotten. If you have any doubts or questions, you can always message me directly through the platform or on WhatsApp.

I'll agree on a vet contact and an emergency protocol with you before your first booking, so nothing is improvised if something feels off. Your vet's contact details are saved directly in your Time To Pet client account, and you'll be kept fully informed every step of the way if anything comes up.

Because specialising means I actually know what I'm doing. Every habit I track and every protocol I follow is built around cat behaviour specifically, not adapted from a generic pet-sitting checklist. I hold the ACACED certification covering dogs, cats, and other domestic pets but I made the choice to focus exclusively on cats. It was important to me to offer something truly specific to feline care, so you can trust that the person looking after your cat really understands them, rather than juggling species with very different needs.
